After a scare last Summer I made it my mission to make sure that my son learned how to swim. He is 9 years old and was very fearful. I was having a difficult time locating private instruction in our area until I happened upon Janine's website. I messaged her right away and she was able to get us in for lesson the following week. By lesson number two my son was floating on his back and by the end of the first week he was swimming underwater. Now about a month later he is jumping in, going to pool parties with friends and working on his breast stroke. I couldn't have asked for better results. Janine followed my son's lead while still gently guiding him to do more. She is patient and fun for the kids and I trusted her completely. Along with basic swim instruction she provided water safety tips and techniques. We will definitely be back next summer for lessons for my youngest and who knows, maybe my son will return for advanced lessons. Thank you Janine!

Janine has been teaching swimming to our family for six years. Under her instructions our three year old grandson became pool safe in five days. When our grand children visit us a highlight of their visits has become lessons with Coach Janine. Each child has developed into a strong swimmer. One of the children progressed easily from lessons with Janine to becoming a successful member of her high school swim team. Our twelve year old said she loves that Coach Janine makes it fun and does not "baby"them. Janine has also instructed two adults in our family - taking one of them from being fearful to successfully swimming across the pool.

After attempting lessons through the City's Parks & Rec, as well as through an indoor facility in El Dorado Hills, we finally found a swim coach that my girls trust! My youngest daughter was 3 years old when we began with Ms. Janine last summer. After the very first lesson, she was swimming with her face under water(previously afraid to try!)and taking breaths! My oldest came to her swimming, but with Jainine's precise technique instruction, her strokes and confidence are so much better! We just finished up our 2nd summer of lessons with Ms. Janine and I could not be happier! They are excited to come back for some more fun next summer! She is patient, kind, has great private lesson rates, and flexible scheduling...I highly recommend her!

My 3 old daughter loves her swim lessons with Janine. From the first few minutes of the very first lesson, it was obvious that Janine has a way with the little ones. Her calm, loving manner earned my daughters trust immediately. After just 4 lessons my daughter is almost swimming on her own. Faith cannot wait to see Janine each lesson. We couldn't be happier!

Over the last few years, my daughter has had Janine as a swimming instructor and has had tremendous growth in both technique and skill. Even more important ... she has fun each lesson!

I've also taken lessons personally to support my training for some local Triathlons, it's definitely allowed me to be more effective in my strokes and improve my time.

I have two active boys (6 & 8). They have been taking lessons/swim team with Janine for the past 3 years. While they are terrific little guys they aren't always the best listeners....Janine has the ability to keep them focused, teach them the fundementals and they adore her. I feel completely confident that Janine is building the foundation for them to be strong swimmers for the rest of their lives. Janine is both firm and loving which is a hard thing to balance. My kids genuinely do not want to learn from anyone else!

Janine was great with my one year old daughter Grace! I loved how the lessons were customized to fit her age and learning style and the one on one attention was great! Grace progressed much faster than in the group lesson setting we had done previously. Janine is experienced and very knowledgable, and I appreciated her taking the time to teach me as well as my daughter. She provided a fun, comfortable environment for my child to learn at her own pace. I'm looking forward to continuing lessons with Janine this summer!

I met Janine at Aquasol in February 2009. I was self taught and not very good.Janine has completely re-taught me the Breaststroke, Backstroke and Butterfly, I'm not naturally gifted in swimming. I chose Aquasol because Janine trains me hard to get better times in races. She has a natural eye for stroke and seems to know just how hard to push you to reach the next level. Not everyone find's what they are good and gifted at, but Janine has and she is a gifted coach.
